The Challenge

Three problems blocking organic growth

A category owned by legacy brands Terms like virtual data room and investor portal software have been dominated for years by established vendors with large domains and thousands of backlinks. Every result on page one was either a legacy provider or a review site selling placement.

Product language instead of buyer language The site described what Anduin does in its own words. Fund operations leads were searching with different words, so the pages had almost no overlap with the queries that produce demos.

A buying committee spread across four roles Fund operations, legal, investor relations, and finance all weigh in on the same purchase. Each one searches for a different slice of the problem, and a single product page cannot serve all four.

The Solution

A keyword map first, then production at volume

Anduin brought on Perceptric to build an organic channel aimed at buyers rather than researchers. Here is how we did it:

Fix the technical foundation

We cleared technical SEO issues, internal linking gaps, and indexation problems before a single article went live. New content only compounds when the site underneath it can carry the weight.

Map real buyer language to five clusters

We sat with Product, Sales, and Customer Success, then pulled language from LP forums, fund admin communities, and sales call notes. Every phrase got matched to a keyword and sorted into one of five clusters.

Data Room, the highest volume cluster and the most competitive

Weight the roadmap toward BOFU

Nineteen of the twenty-two pieces target bottom-of-funnel queries. Listicle formats like "10 best investor portal software" carry the highest buying intent and are the format large language models pull from most often when someone asks for a vendor recommendation.
