Frequently Asked Questions

The basics

SEO gets you ranked on Google. GEO gets your brand named when a buyer asks ChatGPT or Perplexity which tool to buy.

The technical side overlaps a lot. Schema and page structure matter for both.

The off-site side is where it gets interesting. AI engines care a lot about what other people say about you. Listicles and Reddit threads carry way more weight than most marketers expect.

Nope. And honestly, I'd be skeptical of anyone who tells you otherwise.

Google AI Overviews pull from pages that already rank. ChatGPT Search pulls from Bing's index. So if your SEO is weak, AI has nothing of yours to cite.

The good news? Doing SEO well gets you most of the way there. Many of our clients rank #1 on Google and in AI Overviews for the same terms.

Fair point. Your buyers probably don't use Bing. But ChatGPT does.

ChatGPT Search runs on Bing's index. If Bing can't find your pages, ChatGPT has a hard time citing you.

Here's the funny part: most B2B sites have never even opened Bing Webmaster Tools. It's one of the easiest wins in AI search, and we fix it during the technical audit.

A citation is when an AI engine mentions your brand or links to your site in its answer.

Where you show up matters a lot. Being the first vendor ChatGPT recommends is worth way more than a tiny link at the bottom. So we track whether you appear and where you land.

Because people buy from people. Especially in B2B, where one deal can be worth six figures.

When your founder shares useful takes every weekday, buyers start to feel like they know them. By the time your sales team reaches out, the lead is already warm.

Fun fact: LinkedIn helps your SEO too. More people search your brand by name, and AI engines see your name pop up more often. The two channels feed each other.

SEO and LinkedIn are long games. They usually take 60 to 90 days before they show up in your pipeline.

Paid ads are faster. You can get demos on the calendar within weeks.

So I like to think of PPC as a bridge. It keeps leads coming while organic warms up, and you can shift budget once organic starts pulling its weight.

Our methodology

Two big things.

We pick keywords by revenue potential. We go after searches that only buyers close to a decision would type. Ranking for a keyword that brings 10,000 visitors and zero demos? Pretty useless.

We learn your product like an in-house team would. We interview your team, read your docs, and dig through your sales call transcripts. That's how the content ends up sounding like your best sales rep wrote it.

We run the prompts your buyers would actually type into ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. Then we log where you show up and where competitors beat you.

You'll see how things move in your monthly report. Growth and Authority clients also get a Loom video from us every two weeks, walking through what we shipped and what changed.

It's pretty simple. You talk, we write.

Every two weeks, we hop on a short call and ask you questions. Your stories and hot takes are the good stuff. Then we turn them into posts that sound like you.

Before any of that, we build a voice guide and content pillars, so your posts never read like generic LinkedIn fluff.

We post every weekday for at least 60 days, with unlimited revisions. Your only job is to show up for the calls.

It's a 30-minute chat. I'll ask about your product and your growth goals.

By the end, you'll know which channel makes the most sense to start with and what the first 90 days could look like.

And if I don't think we're a good fit, I'll tell you. No hard feelings.

Pricing and engagement

All our prices are public. (I personally hate agencies that make you book three calls just to get a number.)

ServicePlanPrice
SEO Growth PartnerStarter$3,000 / month
SEO Growth PartnerGrowth$6,000 / month
SEO Growth PartnerAuthority$10,000+ / month
LinkedIn Growth PartnerPresence$2,500 / month per profile
LinkedIn Growth PartnerMomentum$3,000 / month per profile
LinkedIn Growth PartnerAuthority$5,000 / month per profile
PPC Growth PartnerManaged PPC$1,000 / month + 10% of ad spend

Sign a 6-month contract and you save 5%. Go for 12 months and you save 10%. You can see what each plan includes on the pricing page.

Because good content takes real work.

Starter gets you 5 product-led articles a month, around 10,000 words total. Each one is built to rank for about 20 keywords. Growth doubles that and adds BOFU pages that our designer and developer build live on your site.

Could we charge less? Sure, if we cut the research and let AI write everything. But that kind of content rarely ranks, and it almost never gets cited.

Most new clients start with a 90-day trial. You can cancel anytime with just one day's notice.

I'd rather keep clients because the results are good. Long lock-ins feel like a bad way to build trust.

Totally fair. A lot of agencies earned that reputation with hidden pricing and long lock-ins.

So we do it differently. Our prices are on the site, and you can leave the trial with one day's notice.

And then there are the results. Katalon grew ARR 4x with SEO and GEO, and ScoutQA grew users by 120%. You can read both stories on our case studies page.

Results and timing

Here's what a typical timeline looks like:

  • 30 to 45 days: impressions climb and rankings start moving
  • 90 to 120 days: organic leads show up in your pipeline
  • LinkedIn: your visibility jumps within the first 60 days
  • PPC: demos can start within weeks of launch

Anyone promising page-one rankings next week is probably selling you something sketchy.

Honestly, no. Any agency that guarantees rankings is lying to you. (Google doesn't take orders from anyone, and neither does OpenAI.)

What I can promise is the work. You get a full content strategy by week 4, and content ships on schedule every month after that.

Rankings follow the work. Katalon has held top spots for 3+ years.

Pipeline, mostly. Traffic is nice, but it doesn't pay your bills.

We track MQLs, SQLs, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates across your funnel. We also connect GA4 and Search Console to your CRM, so you can trace each article from first visit to booked call.

If content isn't bringing in pipeline, we change the plan.

During the trial, one day's notice is all it takes. After that, your contract terms apply.

Everything we built for you stays yours. Articles, landing pages, graphics, tracking. All of it.

About Perceptric

That's me, Vincent Nguyen. 👋

Before Perceptric, I worked in-house at Katalon, where organic traffic grew 300% and SEO drove 80%+ of ARR growth.

Today I own the strategy on every account. I work with a dedicated team of writers and designers who do the heavy lifting with me.

Ha, I hope not. But the work keeps going either way.

Every brief and content calendar lives in ClickUp and Google Sheets, so nothing is stuck in my head. A dedicated team works on your account, and you own everything we make.

Big agencies usually pitch you with their senior people, then hand your account to someone who started last month.

At Perceptric, the person who builds your strategy stays on it.

We also run SEO, GEO, LinkedIn, and paid ads in one place. That matters more than it sounds. Your LinkedIn posts drive branded searches, and your articles give your ads a better place to land.

It's a mix of "perception" and "metric."

Every B2B deal starts with how buyers see you. Our job is to shape that perception, then prove it worked with real numbers.
