How Anduin Turned 10,800 Monthly Searches Into A BOFU Content Engine

Anduin builds software for the paperwork side of private markets. Its platform covers fund subscription documents, investor onboarding, secure data rooms, and automated extraction of data from long financial files.
Venture capital firms, private equity funds, fund administrators, and the law firms that support them use Anduin to move a close along without chasing signatures through email threads.
Three problems blocking organic growth
A keyword map first, then production at volume
Anduin brought on Perceptric to build an organic channel aimed at buyers rather than researchers. Here is how we did it:
Fix the technical foundation
We cleared technical SEO issues, internal linking gaps, and indexation problems before a single article went live. New content only compounds when the site underneath it can carry the weight.
Map real buyer language to five clusters
We sat with Product, Sales, and Customer Success, then pulled language from LP forums, fund admin communities, and sales call notes. Every phrase got matched to a keyword and sorted into one of five clusters.
- Investor Management, the widest cluster and the one closest to daily fund work
- Data Room, the highest volume cluster and the most competitive
- Fund Subscription, tied to Anduin's core product
- Data Extraction, an emerging cluster with little quality competition
- AI, a fast-moving cluster where early coverage wins citations
Weight the roadmap toward BOFU
Nineteen of the twenty-two pieces target bottom-of-funnel queries. Listicle formats like "10 best investor portal software" carry the highest buying intent and are the format large language models pull from most often when someone asks for a vendor recommendation.
Content production at scale
Every article includes:
- Real opinions from fund operators, GPs, and fund administrators
- Natural product integration, guiding readers to solve the problem with Anduin rather than advertising at them
- Data-backed writing in an authentic storytelling style
- Distribution across LinkedIn and industry communities
Twenty-two pieces, sequenced over three months
Month one goes after the terms closest to a purchase decision. Month two widens the Investor Management cluster and adds the first MOFU guides. Month three moves into use case specific data rooms and the AI cluster.
